Patient Terms

Effective September 9, 2026

These terms apply when a patient uses MamaBPT through a clinic invitation. By using the service, you agree to use it only for your own assigned care and in accordance with instructions from your practitioner.

Care relationship

Your clinic and practitioner—not the software—provide clinical advice, decide which exercises are appropriate, and remain responsible for your treatment. MamaBPT presents their instructions and records activity you choose to submit. It does not diagnose conditions, replace professional judgment, or guarantee an outcome.

Safe use

Follow your practitioner’s instructions and stop if an activity causes concerning pain or symptoms. Messaging and notifications are not emergency services and delivery or response can be delayed. Contact your clinic for non-urgent clinical questions and local emergency services for an emergency.

Your account

Keep access to your email, device, and account secure; do not let another person use your account. Notify your clinic or support if you believe access has been compromised. You may not probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, misuse, or access another person’s information through the service.

Messages and notifications

Messages may become part of the clinic’s care record. You can withdraw optional messaging consent, but prior messages may remain where needed for care, safety, audit, or law. Push alerts are convenience notices, may be delayed, and should not be relied on for urgent care.

Ending use

You may stop using MamaBPT, sign out, or request deletion by contacting support. The in-app deletion workflow is not yet available on the current hosted service. Disabling access is not the same as verified erasure of every record; see Account deletion and Retention. These terms do not waive rights that cannot legally be waived.

Privacy and support

The Privacy Policy explains information handling. Contact access@mamabpt.com for access or technical help without sending sensitive medical details by ordinary email.
