Service Providers

This page identifies third-party platforms that the current MamaBPT implementation is designed to use. A provider may receive only the categories needed for its function. Deployment-specific contractual status must be confirmed by the clinic or service owner; inclusion here is not a claim that a BAA, data-processing agreement, transfer mechanism, or certification is in effect.

• DigitalOcean: application and database hosting; may process account, care, messaging, audit, and service data stored or transmitted through the hosted environment.
• PostgreSQL: database software operated within the MamaBPT environment; stores service records but is not presented here as a separate external recipient.
• Google Firebase Authentication / Identity Platform: patient email-link or phone identity verification; may process contact information, provider identifiers, verification events, and device/network diagnostics.
• Amazon Web Services Simple Email Service: transactional email delivery; may process destination email addresses and service-related email content.
• Apple Push Notification service: generic push delivery; receives an opaque device token and generic alert payload.

MamaBPT may change providers as the service evolves. This page should be reviewed before production changes that add a provider or materially change its purpose or data categories. Questions or objections may be sent to access@mamabpt.com.
